Jess advises a range of employers and senior executives on all aspects of employment law including redundancy and re-organisations, managing disciplinary and grievance issues, drafting policies and procedures, drafting and advising on restrictive covenants, contracts of employment, service agreements and settlement agreements.
She has extensive experience of conducting employment litigation both in the Employment Tribunal and High Court Injunctions relating to breaches of restrictive covenants.
Jess speaks regularly at seminars and conferences and provides training to clients on employment law issues. She joined TLT in 2013.
