Caitriona advises clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, both corporate and personal. During her legal training and since qualifying as a solicitor, her practice has focused in the niche area of insolvency and business restructuring.
She has represented a wide range of local and national lenders in appointing fixed charge receivers and in other related enforcement matters, and acting in distressed property sales. She advises the majority of the local leading insolvency practitioners in their capacity as administrators, liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy and supervisors of Company Voluntary Arrangements and Individual Voluntary Arrangements, on all aspects of the administration of insolvent estates.
Caitriona obtained a Distinction in the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) Exam in 2013. She is recognised as a “Next Generation Lawyer” in The Legal 500 and an “Associate to Watch” by Chambers and Partners.
