Angharad regularly advises clients in relation to Employment Tribunal litigation, ranging from straight forward unfair dismissal claims to more complex claims, including whistleblowing, equal pay and discrimination.
Angharad also provides advice to clients on a range of non-contentious issues, including advising upon how best to structure redundancy processes, assisting clients to manage complex reasonable adjustment and absence management issues and other day-to-day employment queries.
Angharad qualified in March 2012 and joined TLT in 2015.

Jurisdiction: England and Wales
- Advising on the employment law implications of the sale of 300 pubs across England and Scotland, including complex employment status issues;
- Acting for a large retailer in relation to its defence of breach of contract claims brought in the Employment Tribunal by multiple employees, successfully negotiating a withdrawal of the claims without payment of compensation;
- Advising a FinTech client in relation to a TUPE transfer process, including providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the consultation process and the retention of key employees;
- Defending a discrimination and unfair dismissal claim at the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal for a client in the outsourced services sector.
