The disputes and litigation landscape in 2021: Northern Ireland

The impact of Covid-19 and what's next

11.00 - 12.00 | ON24 webinar

Join us for a live webinar where we will review the landscape of dispute resolution as we move through our roadmap for recovery from Covid-19 and beyond.

This is a follow up to the webinar that we ran in September 2020. Our panel will discuss how dispute resolution is being progressed and the trends they expect to see in each of their specialist areas.

Led by Partner and Location Head Katharine Kimber, our TLT specialists Caitriona MorganFergal Maguire, and Leeanne Armstrong will consider:

  • what dispute resolution may look like as we come out of lockdown and practical consideration for clients;
  • an update on insolvency and property moratoriums and the issues/challenges that businesses may face; and
  • key employment issues as we head out of lockdown including client considerations related to the transition of employees from remote to office working.

We are delighted to confirm that our panel will be joined by Angela McGowan, Northern Ireland Director of the CBI who will consider the impact of Covid-19 on the disputes sector from a business perspective.

The webinar will end with a live Q&A session where you will be given the opportunity to ask questions of our panel but we would like to hear from you now. Watch the short video below to find out how you can post your questions in advance.

This webinar is the first in the series of disputes webinars we are running in June across our three jurisdictions - Northern Ireland, Scotland and England & Wales.
