Key themes in settling commercial disputes

In a recent seminar, experts from TLT's Dispute resolutionEmployment & incentives, Financial services litigation, Projects, Infrastructure & constructionProperty disputesRegulatory and Restructuring and insolvency teams joined to discuss the pros and cons of litigation, arbitration and mediation and to demonstrate how an effective legal team can make all the difference.

The event featured a mock mediation and plenty of opportunity for the audience to interact with speakers and other guests. We were also delighted to be joined by Professor Adrian Furnham for a keynote presentation on the psychology of negotiation.

At the event, we asked our litigation partners for their view on current trends in this area, and Professor Furnham shares some useful tips on negotiation strategy.
