TLT's licensing team has boosted its rankings in the legal industry's independent directory, Legal 500, achieving Tier 1 ranking in London alongside the South West and Scotland.
TLT is the only law firm to be ranked Tier 1 for licensing in three regions, cementing its reputation as one of the leading UK law firms in licensing with the capability to support clients in multiple UK jurisdictions. TLT has six offices across the UK, including in Belfast, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Manchester.
Associate Luke Elford, who is based in London, has also been ranked a 'Next Generation Lawyer' in the 2018 directory, joining legal director Niall Hassard, who is based in Scotland.
Licensing partners Matthew Phipps (South West), Julian Skeens (London) and Stephen McGowan (Scotland) remain 'Leading Individuals' in the authoritative directory.
Matthew Phipps, head of licensing (England & Wales) at TLT, says: "To be ranked Tier 1 in three regions is a huge achievement for the whole team, and a wonderful endorsement of the great work the team does for our clients.
"Special congratulations to Luke, who joins TLT's ranks of 'Next Generation Lawyers' and, to quote the directory, is extremely 'hard working' and a wonderful asset to the team."
Stephen McGowan, head of licensing (Scotland) at TLT, says: "The growth of our rankings in the Legal 500 is not only great news for our team, but also for our clients who are increasingly looking for advice and support in more than just one UK jurisdiction.
