TLT's Head of Commercial Regulatory, Kerry Gwyther has been elected Chairman of the ADR Net. The appointment is for a term of two years.
The ADR Net is acknowledged nationally and internationally as a leading authority in mediation and other dispute resolution techniques. The ADR Net promotes mediation, in all its forms, throughout the UK and is involved in training, accrediting and providing mediators for disputes nationally and internationally.
Kerry says, "I'm delighted to have been appointed as Chairman of the prestigious ADR Net, which has an exceptional reputation for quality and professionalism in mediation."
Kerry has been involved in mediation for 15 years and is also responsible for TLT's mediation service which has six practising mediators across a broad range of specialisms across the firm, including commercial (Philip May and Chris Owen), insolvency (Kerry Gwyther), banking (Jonathan Hoey), employment (Graham Shaw) and inheritance disputes (David Wheeler).
