TLT continues to grow its Licensing team with the arrival of Lindsays Head of Licensing & Gambling Caroline Loudon.
Caroline's arrival at the firm comes shortly after that of licensing solicitor, Michael McDougall, who also joined from Lindsays. Both will work out of TLT's Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
Caroline is one of the very few Scottish specialists with significant experience in alcohol, civic and gambling law. With over 11 years' experience appearing at licensing boards in contentious applications, she has acted for clients across the licensing spectrum including celebrity chefs, 5 star hotels, academic institutions, festival and large event teams, international casinos and UK wide bingo/casino operators.
Michael has represented a broad range of licensing operators at various licensing boards and is highly regarded amongst his peers and clients. Previously Assistant Clerk at Glasgow City Council and a member of the Law Society Licensing Sub-committee.
