TLT has been re-appointed to the 12 strong London Boroughs Legal Alliance (LBLA) panel. The panel appointment is for three years.
TLT has secured a place on both Lots of the much reduced panel, scoring the highest of all firms at tender stage in each. Lot 1 covers complex regeneration, development, property and planning and Lot 2 covers a full range of legal services including litigation, commercial, general property and local government work. Five firms have been appointed to each Lot.
The LBLA includes the London boroughs of Brent, Camden, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hackney, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Waltham Forest, the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, and the City of London Corporation, helping them save millions of pounds through the pooling of resource, know how and joint procurement.
Partner and head of the Real Estate at TLT Andrew Glynn says, "We work for local and public authorities across the UK and we understand the importance of driving efficiencies and delivering real value. We are delighted to continue being part of LBLA's exciting innovative approach to providing legal services."
TLT has a strong national reputation for advising central and local government and other bodies that deliver public benefit such as the Metropolitan Police, Covent Garden Market Authority, the Canal and River Trust and the Department of Energy and Climate Change.
