TLT has been shortlisted for three awards at South West Dealmakers 2018, the region's eminent awards ceremony organised by South West Business Insider.
The categories are Law Firm of the Year, Small Deal of the Year for the sale of Stirling Dynamics to Assystem Technologies and Young Dealmaker of the Year for James Webb.
TLT's client Stirling Dynamics has also been shortlisted for Company of the Year.
The nominations reflect TLT's leading reputation as one of the most active law firms in the region, advising some of the UK's most exciting start-ups and fast-growth businesses and their investors on all of their corporate needs. TLT also delivers extensive training and a variety of seminars and events to support South West businesses and their teams.

The firm advised investors Enact and the management team at Stirling Dynamics, the engineering services company, on the sale of Stirling to Assystem Technologies, the global partner of choice for the aerospace and marine industry, in April 2018, Stirling has been featured in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 for SME Exporters.
Associate James Webb has taken a starring role on a number of the firm's most high profile and complex instructions, including the Stirling sale. His nomination for Young Dealmaker of the Year recognises all his hard work and the gratitude of his clients.
