TLT has completed the fit out of its new 22.049 square foot of office space on the 7th floor of Manchester's iconic Spinningfields building at 3 Hardman Square, ahead of its move this week.
The new office space represents significant growth for the firm during the 18 months since its launch in the city. The firm's strong and growing client base has attracted some high profile lateral hires including teams from Irwin Mitchell and DWF, and partners from DLA, Hill Dickinson and Pinsent Masons.
The new office space is designed specifically to support the firm's focus on collaborative, cross-office team working to deliver for clients in its focus sectors. This means open plan seating with break out 'soft-seating pods', video conferencing facilities, project rooms and an adaptable ten room client suite supported by state of the art technology and collaborative working tools. The new office will support up to 150 people.
Graeme Orchison, the firm's newly appointed location head said:
"This is a really exciting time for the firm and shows our long-term commitment to building a base in Manchester's thriving financial and professional services sector.
"We are attracting some leading legal talent through our collaborative and entrepreneurial approach to delivering legal services. We are also pleased to support a growing number of corporates across the North West and nationally as they look to develop their business."
The firm launched its Manchester office in July 2013 as part of a growth strategy to build UK wide advisory, transactional and disputes services for clients in the firm's focus sectors. In addition to Manchester, the firm has added additional space in Bristol and Glasgow, and moved to new office space in Belfast and Edinburgh. The firm also continues to grow its office in London.
The firm has been in serviced office space at Hardman Square while it established its Manchester base.
