TLT has advised on the admission to AIM of Bolton-based K3 Capital Group, an expanding business advisory service.
Shares began trading in K3 Capital Group on 11 April, marking a significant stage in the development of the firm, which helps enterprises find buyers and prepare for sale.
The company has more than 100 employees and a market capitalisation of £40.1 million.
The AIM market listing will help a programme to restructure and expand, provide a public platform to prospective clients and attract potential further investment.
Corporate legal director Elizabeth Delaney and corporate partner Stephen Devlin led the TLT team advising K3 Capital Group with partners Pauline Cowie, Nathan Williams and Ben Watson providing commercial, tax and incentives advice respectively.
The reporting accountants and auditors were Matt Copley and Sarah Cumming from BDO. Tony Woolley from Pareto advised the company and shareholders. The nominated adviser was finnCap (Jonny Franklin-Adams, Emily Watts and Anthony Adams).
Elizabeth Delaney, legal director in the TLT Corporate team, said: “It was a marvellous milestone for us to assist K3 Capital Group with their successful listing, demonstrating our own capabilities and, strength in depth and range. We also achieved the listing against a tight deadline of only seven weeks."
John Rigby, CEO of K3 Capital Group plc, said: “We are delighted by the interest shown in K3 Capital Group by investors, resulting in our successful placing; and equally delighted to welcome on board our new shareholders.
