TLT has appointed Kane Kirkbride as a partner in the firm’s Social Housing team. He will be based in the Bristol office.
Kane joins from Bevan Brittan where he headed up the Housing Management team. He has extensive experience advising Registered Providers of Social Housing and Local Authorities on a wide variety of issues including service charges, enfranchisement, solar PV schemes and housing management. He is also one of the leading solicitors advising on the effects of Welfare Reforms for Registered Providers.

Kane Kirkbride is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is Committee Secretary of the Chartered Institute of Housing’s West of England group.
