Bristol headquartered national law firm TLT has appointed Jon Gill as an associate in the firm's 14-strong Corporate team. He joins from Eversheds where he was a senior associate in the corporate team.
Jon specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, with a particular interest in venture capital and the TMT sector. He has extensive M&A experience acting for international corporates on both acquisitions and strategic disposals. He also spent six months on secondment to Barclays Ventures, the private equity division of Barclays Bank. Jon’s recent transactions include the buy-out of HSS Hire by Exponent Private Equity, the financial restructuring of Gardman and acting for NVM Private Equity on the buy-out of Silverwing.
