TLT has advised the shareholders of Wessex Garages on the sale of the company to VT Holdings Co Ltd, a major international motor company.
Commercial partner and sector expert Miles Trower is a long-standing adviser to the Wessex business, one of many regional and national dealer groups supported by TLT's market-leading automotive retail expertise.
The TLT team was led by corporate partner Andrew Webber with corporate associate, James Webb and as well as Miles Trower included employment solicitor Catherine Roylance; corporate tax legal director Jamie Crawford; commercial associate Gayle Folkard and senior partner Andrew Glynn.
