National law firm TLT has advised renowned lingerie entrepreneur Michelle Mone OBE on the buy-out of her company Ultimo and new investment with MAS Holdings. MAS Holdings, whose partnerships include Victoria's Secret and Marks and Spencer, will be Ultimo's business partner for sourcing and manufacturing.
The TLT team was led by corporate partner Andrew Webber who specialises in mergers and acquisitions along with corporate lawyers Peter Naylor and Rosie Leach as well as support from individuals across the firm's offices in Bristol, London and Glasgow. Litigation solicitor Tony Caplan in the Glasgow office advised in relation to Mrs Mone's separation from her husband and business partner.
