National law firm TLT has advised the shareholders of Leonhard Lang (UK) Ltd, which sells and distributes disposable electrode and diathermy systems and accessories under the SKINTACT brand in the UK, on the sale of its entire issued share capital to DCC Healthcare, an operating division of DCC plc. DCC plc is headquartered near Dublin but is listed on the London Stock Exchange and operates in five divisions, employing over 9,800 people in 113 countries.
The TLT team was led by corporate associate Alice Gardner and included head of corporate and partner John Wood, commercial partner Alison Deighton, tax partner Nathan Williams, employment associate Kate Williams and corporate solicitor Rosie Leach.
