TLT has advised the shareholders of Learning Curve (NE) Group Limited, a North East based education and training provider and publisher, on the sale by its founder shareholders and management buyout to MML Capital Partners, a specialist growth capital provider.
The sale means that Learning Curve Group will have continued opportunities to expand and develop leading more disadvantaged young people and adults to develop and progress.
The TLT team was led by corporate partner John Wood and corporate associate Alice Gardner and included banking partner, Jon Stewart; employment partner, Esther Smith; real estate associate Ed Pitt and tax solicitor, Natalie Stoter.
