TLT has acted for the shareholders of Conveyancing Alliance Holdings Limited on the sale of their shares to ULS Technology Plc.
Conveyancing Alliance Holdings is the parent company of Conveyancing Alliance Limited, which operates an online platform connecting estate agents, mortgage brokers and their clients with conveyancers.
The TLT team led by associate Nina Searle, included tax partner Nathan Williams, real estate associate Edward Pitt and employment solicitor Cecily Donoghue.
Harpal Singh, selling shareholder and a director of Conveyancing Alliance Limited, said: "The team at TLT were excellent. They were on the front foot throughout the process; meticulously diligent and very easy to work with. They successfully worked to a very tight timetable. Not being a lawyer, my biggest surprise was the clarity of their communication. I knew exactly where we were every step of the way. If I ever go through this again I will want TLT in my corner."
This deal builds on a busy time for TLT's 30 strong corporate team, which recently advised boohoo.com on its acquisition of 66% of the issued share capital of PrettyLittleThing. They also advised the management team at internet infrastructure and IT company M247 Limited on its sale to Metronet (UK), the UK's fastest growing network services provider.
