TLT has advised the founders of SecondSync, a world leading social TV analytics business, on its sale to Twitter.
SecondSync’s proprietary technology allows broadcasters and brands to access real-time, public conversations about TV. The acquisition by Twitter helps position the social media platform as the place for advertisers and broadcasters to promote their shows.
The TLT team included Corporate partner, Andrew Webber and Jon Gill, a Corporate associate.
