TLT has advised the Flofuel Group, which offers a wide range of airport and marine refuelling equipment, on its acquisition of Fluid Transfer International, a leading global provider of aviation refuelling solutions.
The Flofuel Group is supported by SME private equity investor Rockpool Investments.
Following the acquisition of Flightline Support in 2016, the Flofuel Group took this strategic move to further extend its potential and reach in the global aviation refuelling solutions market. The Flofuel Group includes Flightline Support, Flofuel Training, Flofuel Support and now Fluid Transfer International, a growing platform of companies and capabilities.
The TLT team included corporate partner Jon Gill, corporate solicitor Matt Howells, legal directors Mark Braude (tax) and Damien Garrould (pensions) and real estate associate Edward Pitt.
Steve Henning, chairman of the Flofuel Group, said: “We are delighted to welcome Fluid Transfer International to our growing group. Together, with a wide geographical reach, extended capabilities and capacity we forecast significant growth across each group company and across the group as a whole. We are grateful to TLT for their excellent service in making this happen."
Jon Gill, corporate partner at TLT, said: "It is great to see such successful UK companies as Flofuel Group blazing an acquisition trail. We wish the new team every success as they look to grow their business further and capitalise in their expanding proposition."
