TLT has advised Hamburg headquartered DVV Media, a global publishing company, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Road Transport Media Limited, who own publications including Commercial Motor, Motor Transport and Truck & Driver.
DVV Media, a sister company of the Rheinische Post Media Group, has more than 200 employees and produces over 30 B2B publications in the transport & logistics, maritime, rail, public transport, travel/conferences and defence sectors. The deal means that DVV Media will increase its workforce by a quarter.
The TLT team was led by corporate partner, Alice Gardner and included; corporate solicitor, Luke Thorngate-Davies; tax partner, Nathan Williams; and employment solicitor, Catherine Roylance.
