Completed within the last week, national law firm TLT has advised Avon Rubber plc, an engineering group specialising in respiratory protection, defence and dairy markets, on its acquisition of the business and assets of VR Technology, a market leader in diving rebreather systems and dive computers. This deal will strengthen Avon Rubber's product portfolio.
Alexandra Watson, a corporate associate at TLT led the deal with support from corporate lawyer Joe Cobley and employment lawyer Duncan Coats.
