TLT has been appointed by Southern Housing Group (SHG), one of Southern England's largest housing associations. The appointment is for four years and TLT will advise on five panels:
Working with around 70 local authorities, the Group owns and manages about 28,000 homes for around 67,000 residents across London and the south east of England. It offers a range of housing options for rent and home ownership, and has a department dedicated to working with local communities and partner organisations to create opportunities for residents.
The TLT team includes social housing partners Kane Kirkbride, Paul Butterworth and Kate Silverman.
TLT’s Kane Kirkbride said: "By supplying quality, affordable housing to those in need, Southern Housing Group really does help neighbourhoods and communities at their grass-roots; something that we are delighted to be part of. Our client also aims to provide a first class housing management service to their customers, and we are looking forward to supporting them with this."
Anthony Armitage, In-House Counsel at Southern Housing Group said: "We are pleased to have appointed TLT as a new member of our legal services panel. It’s an exciting time for the Group, and indeed the housing sector as whole, in terms of the way we work to deliver homes and provide services to our many different residents. I look forward to working in partnership with TLT to help build our future."
