Unrivalled Bristol skyline views for TLT as new 15th floor extension completes
A major refurbishment and expansion scheme at our landmark Bristol headquarters, One Redcliff Street, features a spectacular 15th floor client suite, providing some of the best views across the city.
As well as the 15th floor extension, the project includes a full refurbishment of our work space, new lifts and a redesign of the extensive lobby area with an improved entrance onto the city's Victoria Street.
TLT is one of fastest growing UK law firms of the last five years, and the refurbishment reflects our commitment to providing agile, open and collaborative grade A work space for our colleagues.
The refit bolsters the building's sustainability credentials with rooftop solar panels, bespoke secondary glazing, LED lighting and improved temperature control throughout, as well as new facilities for cyclists.
The refurbishment kicked off in January 2016 as part of our agreement on a new ten year lease at One Redcliff Street – our UK headquarters. The agreement was one of central Bristol's largest single office lettings for many years.
JLL Project Management is leading the extension and refurbishment work for Aberdeen Asset Management. Office designers Interaction have redesigned our work and client areas to deliver space that better supports the firm's approach to collaborative and agile working.
The refurbishment works are expected to complete by the summer of 2018.
