TLT has advised the Las Iguanas, the Latin American restaurant chain, on a premise licence so Deliveroo, an online food delivery company, can deliver from its Kingston-upon-Thames restaurant.
The premises licences needed to be altered to permit sales of alcohol and hot food via Deliveroo.
The TLT team included licensing partner Matthew Phipps and licensing solicitor Luke Elford.
TLT's Matthew Phipps said: "Home deliveries have seen a surge recently and this is in part due to market disrupters like Deliveroo. Las Iguanas recognised this potential and by now having a takeaway function they are able to reach more customers than ever before in and round Kingston-upon-Thames."
Mos Shamel, Managing Director of Las Iguanas, said: "Once again TLT provided first-rate commercial advice, ensuring that the premise licence application was successfully granted within the tight deadlines. I look forward to working with them on the implementation of the next stage of our ambitions business plans. Thank you to Matthew and Luke."
In the last 18 months, the team have advised Las Iguanas on its application for a premises licence for a new restaurant in the centre of Swansea. They also advised the restaurant chain on its application for premises licences for its new restaurants in York, Watford, Colchester and Bournemouth.
