TLT has advised Boston Tea Party, an independent café chain, on its latest property acquisition.
The new 4,556 sq ft café is located at The Square, a mixed use neighbourhood centre in Cheswick Village, North Bristol and will open this autumn. This is the chain's sixth café in Bristol.
TLT's licensing partner, Matthew Phipps and real estate associate, Sarah Worker, secured a 15 year lease and new premise license for Boston Tea Party to sell alcohol at the proposed café. Property consultancy Alder King negotiated the letting on behalf of Havard Estates, the landlord.
TLT's Matthew Phipps said: "We are delighted to assist Boston Tea Party on this exciting new development. Having worked for Sam and the team for a while now, we understand their business and the sector that they operate within.
"Working side-by-side with our client, our team of specialists were able to agree the terms on this prominent position within Cheswick Village; helping Boston Tea Party realise the next stage in their ambitious growth plans."
Sam Roberts, MD and owner, Boston Tea Party said: "Once again the TLT team gave us excellent clear commercial advice throughout the whole process. Projects like this are bound to throw up complexities but Matthew and Sarah managed to foresee any issues, making sure that we met our obligations within the tight deadlines. I look forward to working with TLT in the future."
