BBC appoints TLT as property legal advisor for its general estate work

TLT has been appointed by the BBC to advise on property legal services across its property estate in England and Wales.

The broadcaster's UK property portfolio consists of over 300 properties across the UK forming approximately 575,000m2 of office accommodation and broadcast facilities. The portfolio ranges from large complex sites such as MediaCityUK and the W12 Media Village to roof top sites for radio car bases, aerials, masts and webcam installations.

TLT is recognised as having one of the foremost real estate groups in the country. The group includes a number of national independently recognised individuals from across the firm with expertise in property development, property investment, estate management, dispute resolution, construction, planning and environmental.

TLT has a broad range of public sector clients including the Environment Agency, New Covent Garden Market Authority, Canal & River Trust and Energy Saving Trust.

Clients have recently voted TLT first of all UK law firms in Legal Week's Client Satisfaction Report 2012.
