Robin specialises in retail financial services regulation, with particular expertise in consumer credit, mortgages and payment services regulation.
Robin has extensive experience of advising on compliance and risk issues relating to mortgages, loans, credit cards, current accounts, savings and investment products including working with clients on new product development and digital transformation projects.
Robin has a particular specialism in mortgage regulation and digital transformation. He often advises on complex issues including permissions, new product development, documentation and legal/regulatory matters relating to the provision of financial services through digital channels.
Robin's experience includes working at the regulator and in industry, including having been Chief Compliance Officer of a UK challenger bank. Most recently Robin spent over six months on secondment to a major global bank supporting development of a new mobile banking proposition.
Robin qualified as a solicitor in 2009. He joined TLT from Addleshaw Goddard in 2019.
