Richard advises on complex recoveries and issues involving bank security; contractual disputes; litigation arising from individual and corporate insolvency; and reputational issues, including fraud and allegations of discrimination. Richard also has experience of working in-house in the legal department of a major retail bank.
Richard qualified in 2001 and joined TLT in 2008 from CMS Cameron McKenna (now CMS), where he was a senior solicitor.
