Grace offers pragmatic and commercial day-to-day HR advice in a concise and efficient manner. 

Running her own caseload of claims also provides clients with an insight into the overall Tribunal process should matters escalate and an employee issue a claim.

As well as her official PQE, Grace was previously a paralegal in TLT’s employment team and so brings a wealth of experience on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment advice. 

Grace prides herself on being friendly and approachable to clients and she understands the importance of being on board with the client’s needs and expectations.  



  • Acted on a complex Employment Tribunal claim involving allegations of sex discrimination and serious misconduct of managers. Grace managed to settle the claim and the settlement terms ensured confidentiality was maintained and the company’s financial exposure was kept to a minimum. 
  • Assisted with a large collective consultation exercise involving changes of terms and conditions of 500 employees. This involved providing day-to-day advisory support as well as drafting key documents bespoke to the client’s circumstances.  
  • Advised a client on a small restructuring exercise which involved making a number of their employees redundant.
