Ed joined TLT in December 2013 and is a partner in the firm's Employment team.
He has over 15 years’ experience as an employment lawyer advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He regularly advises on complex strategic and organisational issues as well as the corporate aspects of disposals, mergers and acquisitions.
Ed advises clients on all areas of employment law. Expertise includes unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and other employment-related claims, non-contentious advice in relation to contracts, policies, procedures and restrictive covenants, executive severance and TUPE advice in mergers and acquisitions.
Ed provides training to clients both in-house and on external courses and presents at seminars throughout the North West including the National CIPD Conference.
Ed qualified in 1996.
