Amanda advises on non-contentious matters including settlement agreements, and contracts of employment. Amanda also has experience in delivering bespoke training to managers and HR teams regarding employment law issues including TUPE and workplace issues. Advising on day-to-day employment queries also fall within Amanda’s remit.
In terms of contentious work, Amanda frequently acts for employers defending claims which relate to discrimination and unfair dismissal claims at all stages of the tribunal process.
