We regularly advise on the implementation of HMRC self certified and tax efficient share plans such as Enterprise Management Incentives, CSOP, Share Incentive Plans and Save As You Earn plans. In addition, we implement a range of bespoke solutions including growth share plans, deferred bonus plans, joint ownership arrangements, nil paid share plans and advise regularly on employer shareholder status.
