Belfast has had unprecedented levels of investment in recent years. It’s traditionally strong in software, financial services and telecoms and more recently in the creative industries and advanced manufacturing. It’s a global city with big links to world leading corporations.

Our office is centrally located office at the landmark River House building in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter. Refurbished in 2019, our Belfast team enjoy an open plan work area for over 100 people including project rooms, break out areas and quiet spaces to support agile working. There’s also a state-of-the-art top floor client suite and event facilities with unrivalled views across the city.


Winner of the Sunday Times 2017 Best place to live and BBC Newsbeat’s best place outside London for under 26s to live in 2019, Bristol is a thriving city, with all main industries and professions present. There’s also a good many businesses involved in more innovative and creative areas, for example hot-air balloon manufacturing and animation, and it has a flourishing independent scene. The financial services sector employs 59,000 people in the city and aerospace and information technology are represented by some of the largest companies in those sectors. Its universities and leisure industries are also big players in terms of the local economy.

Our offices at the iconic One Redcliff Street, one of the tallest structures in the city, were completely refurbished in 2017 with improved lift systems, break-out and café areas and facilities for cyclists, with  a stunning top floor client suite extension giving staff and visitors an unrivalled panorama of the city.


Scotland’s capital city has the healthiest economy of any UK city outside of London, based mainly on scientific research, financial services, tourism and higher education. Retail banking, investment banking and insurance are lynchpins in terms of business and employment, it’s not surprising that the city is headquarters to some of the nation’s largest firms in those sectors.

TLT’s office is centrally located in Edinburgh’s new town.


Glasgow forms the western part of the Silicon Glen high-tech sector of Scotland and its newer growth areas include opto-electronics and biotechnology. Glasgow’s other main industries include engineering, brewing and distilling and energy. Its universities contribute significantly to local business and so does tourism. There are many UK headquarters or large corporate offices in the city including international hotel chains,  global oil companies, financial institutions and national media.

The city is also one of the cultural centres of Europe. It has one the finest retail hubs outside of London, with an eclectic range of shops for all types and tastes.

TLT’s Glasgow office is in the heart of the city’s commercial, retail and dining centre. In 2019 the office has undergone significant refurbishment.


You name the field and London is a global leader in it. One of the world’s leading financial centres, London is also home to half of the UK’s top FTSE 100 companies and London generates over 22% of UK GDP.  Over half of the UK's top FTSE 100 companies have their HQs in London, and over 85% of the employed population of greater London work in the service industries.

Our office is right at the heart of the City of London.


Manchester has been named as the best city in the UK to locate a new headquarters because of access to a knowledge pool and international transport links. Every major centre of population centre from Edinburgh to London is within a four-hour drive; and 60% of UK companies are within a two-hour drive. 

It’s not surprising that Manchester is the distribution hub of choice for global FMCG giants. Its other main industries include financial and legal services, tourism, media, biotech, environmental technologies and manufacturing.

Our Spinningfields office is in the heart of the city’s financial direct, with abundant light and modern flexible working space.
