How many interview stages will there be?

This depends upon the role. You’ll be informed of the process when first invited to interview.


Do you accept applications from non-EU citizens?

Yes, we judge each application by its own merit.


Why am I asked questions about my background?

We have an open and equal opportunity working environment and we want to recruit the best talent available regardless of cultural or social background and these questions help monitor how effective our reach is. The answers are only available to HR and do not impact upon your career at TLT.


Why isn't salary advertised?

We judge each application by its own merit and do not wish to miss strong talent based purely on salary expectations.


Do you pay for travel expenses for attending an interview?

We will pay the expense for 2nd stage interviews if the interview is held at a different office to where the role is based


Who is Vero Screening?

We use Vero Screening to undertake our pre-employment screening and they will contact you once you have been offered a role at TLT. Please ensure you respond to their communication at the earliest opportunity.


Can I apply for a training contract if I join TLT in a different role?

We welcome internal applications and they are assessed under the same criteria as external applications.
