    Retail and Consumer Goods

Our retail and consumer goods clients tell us they value our detailed market knowledge, our innovative legal services and our dedication to understanding their business issues. TLT's Retail team is nationally ranked in Chambers and Partners' legal directory.

Sources say: "Our dealing with everyone at the TLT... has been first-class and the advice given has been sound, with a high degree of commercial awareness." TLT is also commended for its client service, with one client saying: "Everything we have asked has been done on time, with accurate information, clear explanatory language and on budget."

    - Chambers UK 2013

We are deeply immersed in the retail industry. We advise multiple site retailers of every type on issues such as retail business structures, systems and IT, supply chain management, warehousing and distribution, outsourcing, brand management, human resources and estate management. This gives us an understanding of the diverse range of issues impacting on retail and wholesale businesses.

Sue Robinson of National Franchised Dealers Association for example, commented: "There were two reasons for choosing TLT. One was that they had a very good grasp of the issues. Secondly, I felt I could work with them well, and that was important because of the close working relationship we need to have with our legal advisers".
