- Advising on the conditional purchase and funding of a £35m development site in London, on which planning was subsequently obtained to provide over 650 bed spaces for a well-established UK student accommodation provider.
- Acting on the purchase of a site in Bath through a corporate acquisition and then obtaining planning permission for a 169 bed scheme. Dealt with development finance and then instructed on forward investment sale, with a purchase price of £25m, ahead of completion due in September 2016.
- Acting on behalf of overseas investors in the acquisition of a £40m student village in Bradford. The property was new build with a BREEAM excellent rating and work involved repositioning of Nominations Agreement and substantial funding package with major UK lenders. Scheme provides over 1,000 bed spaces in total.
- Acting on the Urban Creation portfolio disposing of a number of completed and occupied schemes in Bristol and Southampton as well as acquiring future development opportunities in Bristol.
