Katharine Kimber
Katharine is a partner in our Banking & Lender Services team in Belfast.
She has considerable experience in handling and managing professional negligence claims, mortgage repossession actions, insolvency matters and disputed debt recovery claims, secured lending litigation and landlord and tenant work.
Katharine commenced her legal career as a barrister in 2001 before re-qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. She became a partner in 2009 and joined TLT in 2012. Prior to joining TLT, Katharine headed a team specialising in banking litigation at Wilson Nesbitt.
