Nicola is a partner in our Commercial Services team.

She has experience in advising banks, e-money issuers and other financial services providers on both commercial law and regulatory aspects of their business and has a clear understanding of the combined effect of these areas on financial services firms.

Nicola specialises in outsourcing, distribution and other arrangements with service providers. She also advises on mortgage sale/purchase agreements, business sales/purchases and group re-structuring and re-organisation.

She also specialises in data protection laws and their impact on financial services businesses and their commercial arrangements.

Nicola qualified in 1983 and became a partner in 1988.
