Duncan is a partner and head of Maritime & International Trade. He deals with the full range of superyacht and commercial shipping matters with a focus on new building contracts and their finance.

Duncan undertakes commercial shipping and large yacht work advising owners, banks and others concerning finance, new-buildings, sale and purchase, charters, insurance, registration, management and joint ventures with related dispute resolution. He acts for high net worth superyacht owners particularly clients linked to Monaco and the South of France. He has also worked with most of the ship and yacht finance banks.

Clients can benefit from Duncan's 21 years of experience of working in shipping law.

He joined TLT following the merger with Constant & Constant in June 2007.

Duncan is an elected member of the Baltic Exchange.
