Brian is a director of TLT Scotland Ltd and specialises in commercial property transactions.

His expertise includes landlord and tenant work, and the purchase, sale, acquisition and development of various sizes of projects, ranging from small owner-occupied commercial premises to large retail units, factories and offices.

Brian has a particular interest in the state of Scottish property law post the suite of recent property statutes and has advised owners, developers, property managers and residents associations on various aspects of the new laws.

He has also had considerable experience in site assembly both for public and private corporations and other agencies, and of acting for various lending institutions in loan transactions, and the realisation of assets.

Brian qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He became a partner in TLT LLP and a director of TLT Scotland Ltd following the merger with Anderson Fyfe in July 2012.
