Siân is an associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Siân acts on a range of matters including Passing Off and Trade Mark infringements, professional negligence, warranty claims and corporate disputes as well as breach of contract and defamation claims. She advises clients on all aspects of dispute resolution, from mediation and settlement negotiations to litigation.
Siân trained at TLT and qualified in 2006.
