Nicole leads our charities and social enterprise practice.

She regularly advises national charities and not for profit organisations on governance, transactions and regulatory issues.

She acts for a broad range of social enterprise clients including guarantee companies, CICs, unincorporated associations, trusts, Industrial & Provident Societies and Friendly and Benevolent Societies. She specialises in transactional work for social enterprise either through collaborations, joint ventures, mergers and incorporations.

She qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and joined TLT in 1998.

Nicole is a member of the Charity Law Association.
