Andrew, an associate in the Real Estate Group, has significant experience in a wide range of commercial real estate work within our leisure sector. He specialises in acquisitions and disposals and general estate management work, dealing with both licensed and unlicensed properties for our major pub-co client's. His work has included working on single property transactions or delivering bespoke projects for a portfolio of properties.

Andrew qualified as a solicitor with TLT in 2002. Andrew has spent time on secondment with the firm's leading pub-co client and that experience has not only enhanced Andrew's knowledge of the industry but it has also provided an invaluable insight, from a client perspective, of issues and needs and where TLT can provide added value.
