Emily acts for major banks, both as claimant and defendant, in complex and high value litigation.
She advises on a wide range of matters arising in commercial banking and recovery disputes to include security issues, breach of mandate, undue influence, misrepresentation, fraud and reputational issues. She is experienced at negotiating commercial settlements in relation to sensitive and reputational cases on behalf of banking clients.
Emily has developed a particular specialism in advising banks in relation to agricultural security and recoveries.
She also acts for a variety of fixed charge receivers in relation to a wide range of contentious and non contentious receivership matters.
Emily joined TLT in 2009 and trained with the firm, becoming an associate in 2016 and legal director in 2019.
