Brexit: transition and beyond

Although EU law will still apply to the UK during Brexit negotiations, the status quo of the transition period will end on 31 December 2020. Act now to prepare your business for what will follow.

During the transition period, businesses active in both UK and EU markets will have an opportunity to prepare for the new regime. What the regime will be is not yet completely clear but there are steps you can already take to prepare for Brexit. And for those businesses who remain agile and alive to the new regulatory environment, Brexit inevitably creates not only risks but opportunity.

Our Brexit team is a multi-disciplinary group of specialists, including lawyers, technologists, knowledge management experts and project managers. Our role is to help organisations plan for the expected impact of Brexit and develop strategies to effectively respond, and develop solutions to the challenges Brexit presents.

If you have any questions about the impact Brexit will have on your organisation, please do get in touch. With our network of collaborative legal and accountancy firms across the EU, we would be happy to help you navigate through Brexit.
