The role of the traditional workplace is evolving, as flexible working practices become part of the new normal and there's a migration from city to urban hubs.
This presents a new set of challenges, from creating effective home working environments to retaining office spaces which become a destination for social and cultural purposes.
TLT’s team of experts looked at how these changes will reshape our towns and cities from the emergence of urban hubs to the need for improved connectivity.
We also considered some of the employment and data protection issues that may arise from flexible working.
Joining these discussions was Simon Peacock, Lead Director South & Wales Region at JLL, who shared his insights from being at the forefont of the issues that will reshape our cities.
The discussion was recorded and you can watch it here.
