The Covid19 pandemic has moved us all into a different world, where remote working has become the norm. As the lockdown eases, employers are putting in place plans to get employees back into office space, but this may look very different to the traditional office environments we have all been used to.
TLT’s team of experts looked at some of the changes we are going to see to the office world in the short, medium and longer term, and considered some of the issues employers and landlords need to think about from a real estate, employment, health & safety point of view.
Joining these discussions was Simon Peacock, Lead Director South & Wales Region at JLL, who shared his insights from being on the frontline of supporting employers with reopening their office. The discussion was recorded and you can watch it here.
In a live webinar, the panel answered your questions and discussed what actions are being taken.
