Pension liabilities can be significant and the law is increasingly complex. We work with employers and trustees to manage people’s futures and ensure good governance of pension schemes. We advise on all aspects of pensions law and regulation, including change and restructuring projects, the implications of corporate transactions and how pension liabilities can be managed. In the private sector, we advise trustees and employers on all types of pension schemes, both large and small. We also advise on all the major public service pension schemes.
